Supervision & Consultation Services

  • Individual supervision is defined as one qualified supervisor supervising no more than two (2) interns.

    So feel free to grab another colleague to share the cost!

  • Group supervision is defined as one qualified supervisor supervising more than 2 but a maximum of 6 interns in a group.

  • Providing feedback and support to licensed clinicians regarding case consultation

    $90

  • Coming soon! For licensed clinicians (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, PhD) to discuss clinical cases, share insight to developing and maintaining private practice, share community resources, etc.

    We will begin once we have enough members to start the group which will meet 1x/month. Let us know if you are interested!

What does supervision look like?

  • All supervision is multicultural supervision. We have our own cultural identities as do your clients.

    In our supervision session we work from a multicultural orientation framework that addressing and valuing multicultural differences within the supervision process as needed and work to help our supervisee address multicultural and social justice need of their clients.

  • We work to support you in working with your clients by discussing case conceptualization, learning & implementing specific counseling and theoretic skills, and treatment planning

  • In supervision, you will get the opportunity to receive mentorship and guidance in navigating the complexities of the field and the ability to focus on career planning

  • Helping others through counseling is a privilege however it is important to have balance with the work we do and ensuring we engage in self-care practices. We work with our supervisees to find and implement self-care plan.

  • An important piece to obtaining licensure is passing the exam. Throughout supervision we will be sure to prepare in the content areas of the exam. We will work with you to develop study skills, implement a study plan, work on test anxiety and provide you with helpful study resources.
